Any orders received before 1pm EST on Monday through Friday will be processed on the same day order was placed, except for preorder items.
Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed the next business day.

Gift Card
Boarding Pass Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise on the Boarding Pass website only and not redeemable for cash. Boarding Pass is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. This card is non-transferrable and expires according to NY state law. Boarding Pass reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the use of this card if causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the BP Gift Card promotion.

Warranty
3 Year Limited Warranty
You’re backed & covered by our limited warranty.
We Will Replace any bag you receive should it not be up to Boarding Pass craftsmanship standards. Our community of world traveler’s feedback is most important to our brand.
Please retain sales receipt as proof of purchase. Warranty does not cover normal depreciation from use, or damage caused by travel baggage handling.
Important: Due to travel baggage handling practices of many travel carriers, we strongly recommend that you insure your purchase against loss or damage.
